In fact, it is the totally new Niro crossover, which has created a shocking surprise due to its total change of image , with a much more compact design compared to the more familiar image of the current model and a very avant-garde visual in all its angles.
It will be launched on the market in mid-2022, according to the brand, and it is largely based on the “HabaNiro” concept car that was presented in 2019 , inspired by the “United Opposites” design philosophy , which is identified with a new wider rear pillar, the unique “Tiger Face” grille that extends towards the wings while surrounding the headlamps that include LED daytime running lights (split in levels) in the shape of a “U”.
The rear has incorporated a new and striking LED light signature with its pilots designed vertically to delimit the width of the rear pillar and delimit the rear window.

More sustainable with sophisticated design and equipment
The New Kia Niro 2022 has been developed from a vision of sustainability , placing great emphasis on aerodynamics and the use of sustainable materials :
- Recycled wallpaper ceiling cladding.
- Polyurethane seats based on fibers from eucalyptus leaves.

The front seats are wider and more comfortable with a high-tech lightweight structure , which also extends to the rear seats, which are also newly designed.
Thrusters with three technologies
Like the previous generation, the new Kia Niro will be available in hybrid, plug-in hybrid and electric versions .
